I believe eating healthy on keto and lifting weights go together pretty well, but the common misconception is that you can’t get “buff” on the keto diet.

I wanted to set the record straight and share my journey while trying to prove everyone wrong.

I started this project with my sister, Alexis. She is the one that got me into the keto lifestyle. She went to school and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness and fell in love with the ketogenic lifestyle.

She told me to give it a try and being the great little brother I am I gave it a shot.

I started this journey and I can’t turn back. I started a keto inspiration Instagram, @buffketo, and fell in love with the community surrounding anything and everything keto.

Now I want to share findings and research I come across that has helped me along this journey.

By sharing my findings and providing insight into my journey I hope to help out as many people interested in keto as possible.
